Q: Reserved seating: How do I get reserved seats? How far in advance should I purchase the tickets? How do I redeem these tickets?
You may purchase our $30 "Big Shot Spot" VIP Ticketing via our website at www.preservationhall.com/tickets or by phone at 1-877-435-9849. Guests should purchase their tickets at least 24-hours in advance to the performance they would like to attend. To redeem your tickets, please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the performance you have purchased tickets for, with a photo ID or credit card to verify your reservation. Our night staff will show you to your seating, located on the side of the band stand.
Q: I have a large party looking to attend a performance at Preservation Hall. Can I purchase advance tickets for my whole group?
We do not accept group payments. We recommend the following options:
A) If you're looking to attend the first performance at 8:15, arrive as early as possible. Please note that the entire group must be in line(no place holders).
B) Our last performance at 10:15 is often the most lightly attended show. We generally steer larger groups towards this last show.
C) For groups of 20 or more, we also suggest arranging for a private concert. Contact our Private Event Coordinator by Clicking HERE.
